When I contacted customer service about the issue, they said they would check with the warehouse but didn't offer a real solution or help. When I asked about the right way to clean shearling coats, they were clueless and not helpful at all. It's been over a month now, and there hasn't been any resolution or acknowledgement of their poor quality and lack of knowledge. I strongly suggest not buying from this store because it's just not worth it.
