I had to contact customer service at Joseph a few times because of problems with the courier company they work with, DHL. Every time I reached out, my issues were dealt with quickly and seriously. It was nice to feel like my complaint was actually heard and not just ignored like with some other companies. The staff were really helpful and knew their stuff, and they helped me figure out solutions to the delivery issues I was having.
