Returns & RefundsI was halfway through unpacking in my new condo when I realized the VAT issue was still open. I’d ordered the lamp because my back was killing me after the move and I needed proper lighting and a spot to rest. At first it was a mess — paperwork bounced between people, they asked for proof, then said it couldn’t be done. I sent the bill of lading and even asked them to hand it to our export courier. The point I knew it was going to be okay was when someone came back and confirmed the refund would go through. So yeah, glad it ended up being sorted. Could’ve been smoother though.
