Funny thing — I almost didn't buy them. I saw the comforters and sheets in the Miami store and a friend had recommended the brand, so I gave it a shot even though I was a bit wary about the price and pockets of fabric that looked thinner online. I was away in Paris when they arrived and my housekeeper sent a photo — one of the sheets had a noticeable stain. I messaged customer service through the website right away but basically got the canned follow-ups and then silence. We tried to spot-clean it here but couldn't get it out, and eventually she tossed that sheet. The rest of the set is actually fine — the comforter feels cosy, the fabric sleeps well — so it's not a total loss. Still, the lack of a real response from support left a sour taste. I've bought from them for years, back when they were at Barneys, so this was unexpected. Would I buy again? Maybe, but not without checking the item in person next time and being more cautious.
