As a longtime customer of Jolse, I've always been blown away by the quality of their Korean skincare products. I've been shopping there for about 4 years now, and honestly, it's the only place I go to for my skincare needs. One of the main things that keep me coming back is their top-notch customer service - I reached out with a question recently and got a super quick and helpful response. But, I do wish they had more affordable shipping options to Norway instead of just DHL, as it can get pricey. Despite that, my order got to me surprisingly fast, arriving within a week. And, I love that they always throw in some extra goodies for me to try out, it adds an extra fun factor to my purchase.

I was super pumped to get my skincare stuff from Jolse, but man, the delivery time was such a bummer. I ordered it in late October and didn't get it until mid-December. That's like, over a month of waiting! It was like stuck in shipping limbo or something, and I was starting to think I'd never see my stuff. When it finally came, I was relieved to see it was all packaged up nice and tight, and I even got some cool freebies. But was it really worth the long wait? Next time, I'll for sure be ordering way in advance and not procrastinating until I'm in serious need of my skincare stuff.
