Tennis bracelet and earrings
I bought a tennis bracelet and earrings from this company recently. The earrings were okay, but the bracelet had a problem - it wouldn't stay closed, so I couldn't wear it. I contacted the company to return it, but they gave me a hard time. They wanted a video to prove the issue, even though I had already sent photos showing the problem clearly. Despite them saying they guarantee satisfaction, I felt really let down by their unwillingness to help. I'd advise others to avoid buying from this company because of their bad customer service and refusal to fix things.

It looks like this company is up to some sketchy stuff. They always seem to have a bad review, then suddenly a perfect one pops up to balance things out. They're clearly trying to trick people with their dishonest tactics. Can't be fooled by their scheme of selling low-quality, fake jewelry.

Recent jewelry purchase
I recently bought some jewelry from this company and honestly, it's been a real bummer. I ordered my items weeks ago and still haven't got them. The customer service hasn't been much help, just sending me generic responses and not really good at keeping me informed. The tracking details they gave me are all over the place, and the delivery company they used is one I've never heard of, so I can't even track my package properly. I'm really let down by this whole thing and I'd warn others not to buy from this company.
Missing order
I'm really disappointed to say that my experience with the company has been pretty bad. I never got my order from Italo Jewelry even though they said it was delivered. The customer service was not great when I tried to fix the problem. Overall, it's been super frustrating and disappointing.

I just bought a white sapphire tennis bracelet from this shop. It came pretty fast, which was nice. But when I got it, I saw that the clasp was a little loose. I was kinda freaking out at first because it took like a whole month for my package to finally show up. The last notice I got was on November 27th saying it was at the delivery company. Just a heads up, it might be around 3 weeks before your order gets to you.

When I got it, I saw it was a bit too big for my finger. Despite these issues, I decided to keep both rings because they are really beautiful, flaws and all. I guess the problems I had are because the items are affordable.<br><br>In the end, I know that Italo Jewelry is not a scam, and the customer service team did their best to help me. But it seems like the quality and accuracy of the products might not be perfect because they're affordable.
