Order not received
So, I ordered some workout clothes from this store, and they haven't arrived yet. Feels like I'm playing hide and seek with my new gear! I think the delivery person might be lost because my tracking link stopped working. I tried reaching out to the store, but they were not very helpful at all. They basically told me to wait, as if my package was just going to magically appear in my neighbor's yard! I was really looking forward to my order, but now I'm just waiting and hoping it shows up soon. Not happy with Gym Shark at all.

The website was super easy to use, which made it a breeze for me to find what I was looking for and quickly make my purchase. The delivery came way faster than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. I was really impressed with how smoothly everything went, from beginning to end.
Leggings
I bought a pair of leggings from this company and at first, I really liked how they fit and the quality seemed good. But then, I wore them once and noticed a big hole in the back. I emailed customer support on 09/05/24 and got a reply on 12/05/24 saying they would send me a replacement. I've sent a few more emails following up, but still no word on whether the replacement has been sent. The leggings are nice, but the lack of communication and support from customer service is really disappointing. Because of this whole situation, I won't be ordering from this company again.
Speedy and efficient returns process
I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how they handled my return at that store. It was a breeze to send back my stuff, and the folks working there were really nice and helpful. I'm not totally sure how long it'll take for me to get my money back, but I'm happy with how things have gone down so far. All in all, I'd call it a solid experience.

I ordered some things for my buddy and it arrived real quick, like less than 24 hours! She was so pumped, thinking it was like magic or something. Those folks must be putting in some serious work behind the scenes to make it all happen. Well done, keep it up!
