I just got a new gym bag from this company. Sadly, I had a problem with it right after I got it. Despite this, I was happy with how good the bag was and how cheap it was compared to other bags like it. So, I contacted customer service about the issue, and I was really impressed by how professional and quick the reps were. They sent me a new bag right away, no questions asked or extra costs. I really appreciate the amazing customer service and will definitely buy from them again.
