GymShark - Reviews and experiences

Oh man, I'm really frustrated right now! I ordered a bunch of stuff from this place ages ago, but it still hasn't arrived! The tracking info was all over the place, and when I finally got through to customer service, they kept giving me conflicting information. First, they said there was a problem with shipping, then offered me a refund, but later said I couldn't cancel the order - it was a complete mess! And now they're telling me not to accept the package when it shows up. Like, seriously? And don't even get me started on the fact that there's no phone number to contact them. Are they trying to hide something? Ugh, this whole situation is giving me such a headache, I can't even!

As a loyal customer of this brand for a while now, I've always been super impressed with how fast and efficient their service is. Just recently, I placed an order and was totally shocked when it arrived the very next day - now that's what I call amazing delivery service! The quality of their products, especially from the APEX line, is always top-notch. The new items I got fit like a glove and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I do have one tiny criticism though, when it comes to the longer sleeved items - as someone with long arms, I find that they can be a bit short sometimes. It would be awesome to see some options for longer arms in the future.

Overall, my experience with this brand has always been positive, and I plan on staying a loyal customer. I would definitely recommend their products to anyone in search of high-quality activewear that's both stylish and functional.

Gymshark is so cool! I just got my order and it was delivered super quick! I love how they always have sales, my mom even got me 3 awesome gym shirts.
