GymShark - Reviews and experiences

I just bought 5 things when they were on sale. The whole ordering thing went real smooth and I got my stuff super fast. When I tried them on, I realized I only wanted to keep 2 of them. Sending them back was easy-peasy and I liked that. I really like this brand and lots of my clothes are from them.

So I bought these leggings from this company and man, what a pain it was. Accidentally picked the wrong size, tried to contact customer support to fix it but they took forever to get back to me and by then it was too late. When I sent the leggings back for a return, it took them more than two weeks to even start the process. They said the item was out of stock, but the website still had it available. Then they tried to make up for it by giving me a "free shipping" code, like that would make a difference when they already offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Just frustrating, you know?

I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how they handled my return at that store. It was a breeze to send back my stuff, and the folks working there were really nice and helpful. I'm not totally sure how long it'll take for me to get my money back, but I'm happy with how things have gone down so far. All in all, I'd call it a solid experience.
