PriceI bought something from this company recently, but I had some issues with the shipping. They said it would only take 5-6 days for my order to arrive, but it took way longer than that to even leave the US. To make things worse, DHL asked me to pay import fees even though the website said taxes were included in the prices for my country. That wasn't cool at all - it felt like they weren't being straight with me. And on top of all that, I tried reaching out to customer service through email, but didn't get any response. This whole shopping experience left me feeling pretty frustrated.
