CommunicationI recently bought something from this company, and I gotta tell ya, I was super let down. I never got any tracking info or an email saying they got my order. I tried emailing their customer service a bunch of times, but never heard back. They're good at taking your money, but when it comes to keeping you in the loop, they're slacking big time.

CommunicationI recently ordered something from another country, but it got stuck in US customs and never made it to me. I tried emailing and reaching out on social media to get help, but no one got back to me. It's frustrating to see such bad communication and lack of help for customers outside of the US. I won't be ordering again and I hope to get a refund for the order I never got.
