ServiceI recently bought a bag from this site and let me tell you, my customer service experience was just awful. I called with a basic question about the bag I wanted to buy, but the person I talked to, Cierra, had the worst attitude. She couldn't give me any info and straight up refused to connect me with someone who could help. Her unhelpful and unfriendly vibe has me wondering how they treat customers who actually buy stuff, especially if there are problems like refunds or returns. It's too bad that a simple question led to such a negative experience, making me think about just buying directly from the brand next time.
