Returns & RefundsI bought this super cool ring thinking it was a great deal, but turns out it's fake! I dropped $800 on it and now I know it's not even real! I'm so steamed and just want a refund, but they're trying to hit me with an $11.99 fee just to get my cash back. That's not right!

Returns & RefundsI returned a sweater to Gilt in January that was worth $60. Got an email on Jan-18th saying they got it, but still no refund. Called twice and they said it was coming, but when I called on Feb-14, they said they never got it and won't refund me. That's just not right, so unprofessional and careless.

They say it could take up to 7-10 business days, but come on, it's all electronic nowadays, shouldn't it be quicker? It's so annoying how they can take my money right away but drag their feet when it comes to giving it back.
