DeliveryI bought some fragile glassware from this online store not too long ago, but when my two separate orders finally arrived, both had shattered items inside. And to add insult to injury, one of the orders even got sent to the wrong address by a well-known courier service, which just made everything even more annoying. When I tried to contact customer service for help, they were incredibly slow to respond and didn't offer much assistance, dragging out the whole process longer than I had anticipated. All in all, I was really disappointed by their service and reliability.
