Returns & RefundsThis shopping experience was just terrible. One thing I ordered never came, and the other thing I got was totally wrong in style and size. Trying to reach customer service was a nightmare - I called and used the chat, but couldn't get any real help. And I still haven't got a refund for the thing that never showed up. So disappointed and annoyed with their poor communication and not fixing the problem.
