This shopping experience was just terrible. One thing I ordered never came, and the other thing I got was totally wrong in style and size. Trying to reach customer service was a nightmare - I called and used the chat, but couldn't get any real help. And I still haven't got a refund for the thing that never showed up. So disappointed and annoyed with their poor communication and not fixing the problem.

Man, let me tell you about this garage, it was a total nightmare. They not only charged me for all these unnecessary tests, but they also jacked up the quote without even asking me first. And can you believe they kept my car for three months before they even started working on it? When I finally got it back, it was soaked inside because they left it outside with the windows down and the roof open. The work they did was so shoddy that I had to take it elsewhere to get it fixed properly. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They have terrible reviews online for good reason. They don't take responsibility, never say sorry or offer refunds, and they always blame the customer for everything. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this garage, it's not worth the headache.
