I had a really crappy experience with customer service at this store. I had issues before with getting refunds late, but I thought I'd try again with some in-store pick-up orders. When I called to ask about my order, the person on the phone said I was lying and then just hung up on me when I tried to show proof. That's not cool at all, and I won't be giving my business to a company that treats their customers like that.

Hey there, just wanted to share my recent experience at this store. I was pretty disappointed when they wouldn't let me exchange a piece of clothing that didn't fit, just because I had taken off the tag. I've spent a lot of money here and feel like they should have been more understanding. The staff's attitude makes me question their management and policies. This whole situation has actually made me think twice about coming back here as a customer. Just wanted to put that out there.

I had a frustrating experience with this company when I made a mistake with my billing and shipping addresses for an order. I contacted customer service right away to fix the error, but they were not helpful at all. They wouldn't change the address, so my order went to the wrong place. It's disappointing to see that they are not willing to be flexible or find solutions for their customers. It really shows a lack of good customer service.
