Online order double charged
CheckoutSo I just did an online order and picked it up in-store. It was a total disaster. I got an email afterward that showed I was charged double the amount. I asked about it, and they just said it was a glitch. But when I checked my bank, sure enough, I was charged twice. They took forever to respond and then said they only charge when you pick up, but my bank shows otherwise. I showed them proof, but they still said it wasn't their fault. It's been so stressful and frustrating. Not surprised I haven't shopped here since high school.
