I can't believe these guys took my money and never sent me the clothes I bought. It's really frustrating and disappointing to see how they're treating their customers. I've seen other people complain about the same thing, so this isn't just a one-time mistake - it seems like a common thing for them. I would recommend avoiding this company!

I had the absolute worst time trying to buy a gift card from this store. I ordered it online, but UPS messed up and didn't deliver it. They left a note saying it was at a certain spot for me to pick up, but when I got there, the gift card was nowhere to be seen. I got in touch with UPS and the store, but neither of them wanted to own up to the mistake or help me out. So, I had to buy the gift card again while I wait for a refund, which still hasn't come through.

They forgot stuff in my package and still made me pay for everything! They wouldn't even give me a hand. I've sent tons of emails and they ignore me, and when I try to call, there's no answer! This business can't be trusted at all!
