Missing part of the gift, silent on responsibility
Missing part of the gift, silent on responsibility
Servicethe rep repeated the same script about GPS scans and neighbours maybe taking it, like that solved anything. It didn't. It felt like they were protecting the carrier, not the customer. On the plus side, the parts that did arrive were fine — the other two games were exactly as described — so the product quality wasn't the issue. Still, losing a gift and being told to chase the carrier put me in a tight spot. I'm not thrilled, but I'm not yelling about it either; just disappointed. Won't be buying there for holiday gifts again until they change how they handle missing items.
A hesitant buy that actually turned out okay

Serviceafter a bit of back-and-forth and a manager who actually cared (surprise), the accounts did get merged. It wasn’t instantaneous, there were a few miscommunications and yes, a couple of my PSA submission statuses didn’t show up right away. I had to follow up by email — and again, patience — but eventually someone tracked down the missing entries and restored the status updates I was after. So, my initial skepticism about their customer care was fair, but persistence helped. The product itself — the app and the way it shows progress — is really handy, and that’s what sold me in the end. It’s not perfect; expect some hoops if you have account issues. But overall I’m glad I stuck with it, and I’d tell a friend to try it too — just be ready to be persistent and ask to speak to a manager if things go sideways.
