Birthday plan that fell apart slowly
Birthday plan that fell apart slowly
Deliverytold it could take a couple of weeks, so I’m out the money for a while. Small detail, but the whole thing left a flat feeling — like you’d planned to use the thing, set it up, test it, and share it, and instead you spent time on emails and phone calls. If you need something by a certain date, don’t treat this as optional; plan well ahead or pick a different seller. I’m neutral on price — it wasn’t outrageous — but the delivery and service were disappointing. I mean, it’s not catastrophic, but it did ruin the timing.
