In my recent experience with the company, I was disappointed with their return policies. I noticed that their policy stated that items bought from the sale section could not be returned, which I personally think is unreasonable. If a customer isn't happy with their purchase, they should be able to return it, regardless of whether it was on sale or not. When my family member tried to return the bag, they didn't receive a very helpful response from the company. It's important for a company to prioritize customer satisfaction and offer reasonable return options. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case with this company. My family member felt frustrated and let down by the whole situation.

I found this really cool purse online and ordering it was a breeze. The service was great, and I got my purse super fast. The only downside was that it took longer than expected to get my refund when I had to return a purse. But overall, I really like the service and the top-notch products.

I bought 3 bags from this store but had to return 2 of them. I followed all the steps on their website to return them, packed the bags, sealed the packages, and printed the shipping labels. When I went to UPS to ship them, they said I was missing some paperwork. I contacted customer service through live chat and talked to Mimi, who was not helpful at all. Even though I showed proof that I did the returns online and had the labels, Mimi kept saying the returns were never processed. After wasting almost 30 minutes chatting with Mimi, she still didn't give me the necessary paperwork for the return. I was super frustrated with the lack of help and the terrible customer service. Definitely not shopping here again.

Bought a bag

I bought a bag from this website and it was a complete disaster! The yellow tape inside was all torn and the bag had a huge hole in it. It looked like someone tried to patch it up with makeup. I reached out to them and sent it back, but they just vanished! No phone number, just email or messages. I tried contacting them multiple times but still no response, no refund, no replacement. Customer service was a total nightmare!
