CommunicationMy recent experience with an online purchase has been a complete nightmare, eh. I placed an order back in October and initially got charged the wrong amount through a third-party payment service, ya know. After fixing the mistake and paying the remaining balance, I've been bombarded with emails and messages saying I still owe money, eh. Even after talking to several customer service reps who said everything was sorted out, I'm still getting incorrect notifications, eh. This kind of disorganization and lack of communication is not acceptable from a company like this, eh. Plus, the quality of the products I got didn't match the price I paid, which left me feeling disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience, ya know.
