ServiceAs a customer at Food52, I was really let down by the limited ways to get help with customer service problems. It's surprising that a company that mostly sells things online doesn't have a phone number for customers to call when they have issues. I had a problem with an order and tried to return it by contacting their customer service team, but got no reply. After many tries, I finally got a return label, but was shocked to see that I had to pay for return shipping. This kind of poor customer service is pretty bad for a company in NYC, a big place for business and customer care.

ServiceAfter I got a chipped bowl in my order, I contacted the customer service team at Food52. At first, there wasn't much communication, but they ended up sending me a new one without any problems. I liked how quickly and effectively they fixed the issue. I should have checked the reviews first to know about possible quality problems, but in the end, I'm happy with how everything turned out.
