Interview Process
Interview Process
CommunicationI just went through the interview process with this company, and let me tell you, it was like a rollercoaster of emotions. At first, I was so excited when they reached out after the developer challenge, saying how impressed they were. But then, things went downhill real fast when they went silent after saying there would be more interviews. The lack of communication and professionalism from the HR person, "Ammie", was just so disappointing and honestly, it left a bad taste in my mouth. It's really too bad that a company that seemed so promising would treat potential employees so poorly.
