I wouldn’t use them again. I found this place online after a friend tipped me — their site and photos looked fine, and they promised a noon rush delivery for something really time-sensitive. I was hopeful at first. That hope faded fast. The item that arrived looked nothing like the pictures. Shape, presentation, overall quality — all off. I even took photos to compare. After confirming the rush order they later said they couldn’t meet the noon window because of capacity issues and ended up delivering around 5:00 PM. They did refund the rush fee eventually, but that didn’t help the hassle: multiple calls, promised updates that never came, and a family member stuck coordinating and waiting while trying to get to the hospital. Their substitution policy claims equal or higher value. That wasn’t true here. Customer service insisted the product was acceptable and refused a full refund or a proper re-delivery that matched what was advertised. So we had to spend extra money to order a replacement from another vendor to avoid further embarrassment. I’m not trying to be harsh, but the mix of misleading photos, broken delivery promises, and unhelpful support made this a stressful experience. If you’re ordering for something important, double-check everything and maybe consider other options. I’d look elsewhere next time.
