Returns & RefundsI bought a pair of shoes that didn't fit well, eh. When I returned them, it took a whopping 2 months for me to get my money back, eh. Two months is way too long for a simple return, especially nowadays when technology should make things quicker, eh. I had to actually give them a call to remind them to do the refund, which shouldn't have been necessary if they had the right systems in place, eh. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience, eh.
