CommunicationYeah, so I got these super cool shoes and socks from the store, eh? But when I tried to cancel my order, they didn't have a customer service number for me to call! I had to email them and it took AGES for them to reply. And then get this - they said I couldn't cancel my order even though it had only been like an hour since I placed it. Not cool, eh?
