Gifted running socks
I got a pair of running socks as a gift not too long ago and at first, I was really happy with how well they fit and how comfy they were. But, after using them for just a couple of weeks, I noticed they were starting to wear down at the big toe. So I decided to get in touch with customer service. Guess what they said? They basically blamed me for having the wrong size or for having toenails that were too long. I was super let down by that response, it was totally unsatisfactory.
Socks
I got me a couple pairs of socks and gotta say, they were pretty good quality overall. They were comfy to wear and did a good job of preventing blisters. But, I was bummed out that the color faded real quick after a few washes. Also, I noticed that some of the styles and colors were made of a different material, and that wasn't mentioned when I bought them. It was kinda frustrating 'cause I was hoping for the same quality in all the socks.
Socks purchase
I recently had a little problem with my sock order, but the customer service team fixed it right away. The socks are awesome - I got the 'No Show Tab' socks in both Max cushion and Light cushion styles. The Max cushion ones give good support around the arch and top of the foot, while the Light cushion ones feel different. I haven't had a chance to run in them yet, but I hope they won't slide down in my shoe. In general, I'm happy with the socks' quality and the service I received.
Lifetime warranty scam
Eh, so the socks are decent quality, eh, but this supposed lifetime warranty is pretty much useless, eh. Recently, they changed things up so now us customers gotta cough up the cash for shipping when we gotta send in defective socks, eh, for a replacement, eh. And let me tell ya, the shipping costs almost as much as the darn sock itself, so it's not even worth it, eh. Feels like they're tryna squeeze every looney and tooney outta us loyal customers, eh. Real disappointing to see a company pull these slimy moves, makes me wonder if they're on shaky financial ground, eh. Would suggest ya stay away from this whole deal, eh.
New socks with a prob
I got these new socks and they were so comfy, but there was a little issue with them. I reached out to customer service and they were really nice. They asked for pictures of the problem and then they sent me a new pair. The new socks arrived really fast.
Socks purchase
I just bought a bunch of fancy socks online, ya know, the high-performance kind. But when they showed up, they got mixed up and I got the wrong ones. So, I tried to reach out to customer service, but at first, I didn't hear back from anyone. After some digging, I found a number on the receipt and got a hold of this guy named Andrew. He helped me out, but one pair of socks was still MIA. It took another three weeks for 'em to finally show up. The whole customer service situation wasn't the greatest - there was a lack of communication and follow-through that left me feeling pretty let down.
Socks
I ordered a couple of pairs of socks from this place, but when they finally showed up, the package was all torn open and there was absolutely nothing inside except for the stupid invoice! I've tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times through email, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It seems like I might have to take this matter further and get PayPal involved if they keep on ignoring me. I'm definitely not happy with how they're handling this situation. I won't bother buying from them again, it's just not worth the trouble when things go off the rails.
Anti-blister socks
I got these anti-blister socks for my daughter on the advice of a foot doctor, but even though we did everything right, she still ended up with blisters while wearing them. It was pretty disappointing because she never had that issue with a different brand of anti-blister socks she used before. Personally, I think the other brand works better at preventing blisters than the ones we got from this store. And buying them online was a bit of a hassle - the website didn't have all the info I needed, so it was hard to find the right product. Plus, when I tried talking to customer service for help, it wasn't great. The person I talked to seemed bored and didn't really help with my concerns. Overall, I wasn't happy with the product or the customer service.
