I just bought something from this company and man, it was a real bummer. Took forever for the package to arrive, like two months kind of forever. And when it finally got here, the thing just wouldn't work right. Changed the batteries, updated my phone, did everything I could think of, but no dice. The app kept crashing and the scale just wouldn't connect. I tried to get help from customer service, but it was radio silence. Overall, not a great time, you know?

These scales are seriously such a waste of money! The weight readings are all over the place, making it basically useless when I try to check my weight. I reached out to customer service for some help, and they told me to try recalibrating the scales. I did it, but still no luck. Now, when I asked about returning them, customer service just went silent on me. This is not okay, and I'm not going to put up with it. If needed, I'll be taking this problem to higher-ups.

I didn't realize I had to use lithium batteries for it to function properly, so that's really annoying. I had read some reviews mentioning this problem, but I still wanted to give it a chance. Right now, I'm not sure if I'd suggest it to anyone else.
