TrackingI'm really disappointed with the service I've gotten after ordering and paying for my item on November 28th. I've been trying to track the parcel and get in touch with the seller, but I still haven't received it. The tracking info hasn't been updated since December 2nd, and when I asked Yodel for help, they told me to contact the seller. I've sent lots of emails and even asked for a refund, but I haven't heard anything back. This kind of customer service is not okay, and it's making me feel frustrated and unhappy with my shopping experience.
