In December, Non-received Order

I had a bad experience with my order from this company. I bought something in December, but it never showed up. I tried contacting the company to figure out what was going on, but they never got back to me. Eventually, I did get some money back through PayPal, but it wasn't the full amount. It was frustrating not getting any updates and not getting the product.

Soft toy purchase

I bought a cute stuffed animal from the website the other day. I really liked the toy, but there was a problem with the delivery. The package got all banged up during shipping, and the delivery folks couldn't drop it off. I got in touch with customer service, and they right away said they could send me another one or give me my money back. I was really happy with how fast and helpful they were in fixing the problem. All in all, I'd say this company is great for customer service.

Secret Santa gift

I bought a Secret Santa gift from this place and it's been a complete disaster. I ordered it 10 days ago and they said it would arrive in 2-3 days. It's been 10 days now and I haven't heard anything about my order. There's no tracking info, so I think they haven't even sent it out. I've tried contacting customer service several times but they're just ignoring me. This is so frustrating and not cool at all.

Useless delivery service

What a total waste of time and money, eh? I ordered this thing and decided to have it sent to my work address 'cause I'm never home during the day, right? But those delivery folks couldn't even bother to drop it off there. They kept saying it was on its way, but it never actually arrived, you know? I tried calling customer service a bunch of times, but they didn't even offer me a refund, can you believe it? It's such a joke and it's totally wasted my time.

Botched Valentine's Day delivery

This service is just terrible. My son ordered a Valentine's Day gift, but it got sent to the wrong address the day before. Now both the courier company and Firebox are blaming each other, no one wants to fix the mistake! It's obvious the package went to the wrong house, but Firebox won't give a refund or send a replacement. What a sketchy way to do business.
