PriceAs a customer, I am totally disappointed with my experience with the company. The prices for products are way too high, with the same item costing almost double in the UK store compared to the US store. This pricing strategy is unacceptable and leaves a bad impression on any consumer. Plus, moving production to Asia has led to a drop in the quality of materials used. So customers end up paying more for products that are not as good. All in all, my experience with the company has been a letdown and I wouldn't suggest it to others.
