App & PortalThe online service and website are a hot mess. There are always errors and it's a pain trying to find your way around the site and products. And to make matters worse, my orders have gone missing in the system and got canceled without them even telling me. It's like they don't give a darn about making things right for their customers. I've tried to give them feedback on the website problems, but it's like talking to a wall. It's pretty funny that they sell fancy stuff when they can't even get orders right.
