I recently reached out to customer service about an issue with my order that arrived all banged up. Gotta say, I wasn't impressed with the help I got. The rep only offered me a tiny discount on the messed-up item, but I really just wanted my money back in full. Plus, they expected me to pay to send back the damaged stuff, which seemed totally unfair to me. And when I tried to raise the issue higher up, they shut down my complaint too soon, leaving me feeling super annoyed and let down by the whole thing. Dealing with this company turned out to be a real letdown and a headache, but hopefully they can step up their customer service game in the future.

I recently bought an eyeshadow palette from the website but when it showed up, I saw that some of the eyeshadow was broken. I took a pic and contacted customer service right away to try to fix the problem. I asked for a new palette and said I'd send back the broken one. But instead of a replacement, they just gave me a £10 voucher and said I could keep the broken one. Even after waiting days for a better solution, I didn't get any more help. I wouldn't recommend shopping on that site and think you should look at other places for makeup instead.

I got a defective product and asked for a return label, but even after asking a few times, I never got it. The customer service didn't get back to me and it left me feeling frustrated because of the lack of communication.

3 products, tracking issues, refund problem

So I bought 3 things at the end of February, cost me about $232. But when I got the tracking link, guess what? It didn't even work! I tried reaching out to customer service, but all they did was send me the same useless link. So I went on the website, checked the status, and apparently my order was shipped out on March 6th. It said to give it 14 days to arrive, so I waited. But today, March 12th, I get an email saying they approved a refund. But hold up, I didn't get my package, my money back was only $181, not the full amount. Like, what's going on? Can't get through to customer service, it's like talking to a robot every time.

Oh my goodness, I can't believe I messed up my order two times! Luckily, they were able to quickly process my refund. Once I finally ordered the correct items, I decided to splurge and went for premier delivery. The package arrived the very next day! I treated myself to a lovely gift set and a fantastic hair spray that works wonders for curling my hair.
