ProductThis website is a total disaster. They sent me the wrong product, which was cheaper than the one I actually ordered. They didn't even bother to let me know about the mistake, didn't mention that the item was out of stock, and didn't offer to refund the price difference. On top of all that, the package they sent was badly done, so the bottle leaked everywhere. What a mess! I'm never buying from this site again.

ProductI wouldn't recommend using this website at all for buying stuff. It's been a total letdown for me - they sent me the wrong thing two weeks back, and they're not giving me any info on when I'll be getting what I actually ordered. The customer service replies have been really basic and not helpful, so I'm stuck feeling annoyed and with no solution in sight.
