CheckoutI just bought some lipstick on your website and I wanted to talk about my experience. I love shopping with you because your prices are always really good compared to other stores. But I had a problem trying to ship to Norway because the option suddenly wasn't there anymore on the site. Me and some other Norwegian customers were confused and let down by this. Plus, I had a hard time getting in touch with customer service through the Chat feature, so it was tough to get my questions answered quickly. I hope FeelUnique can explain the shipping rules for Norway better and make it easier to talk to customer service.
