Farfetch - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought a fancy handbag from Farfetch and I was pretty happy with how everything turned out. The bag is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. However, I was a bit bummed when it came in with a strong scent of perfume, which wasn't mentioned in the product description. It seemed like maybe the bag had been returned because there was no packing material and someone else's perfume was lingering. I'm crossing my fingers that the smell goes away with time, but I wish I had the option to exchange it if I had bought it from a local store. I really hope this isn't a store policy to mask any weird smells on returned items.

I've bought things from here many times and it's always good. But last time I bought a bag, it didn't come with the dust bag. I had to use one from another bag because my new bag is white. Besides that, I always receive my stuff really quickly and I'm always satisfied.

I recently got a fancy dress from this online store and I have to say I was a bit let down by how it was packaged and presented. The dress wasn't cheap, but it came in a regular ol' plastic bag inside the usual Farfetch box. I was expecting something a bit fancier, like maybe some tissue paper and a nice note to show that they care about their customers and take pride in what they sell. Instead, the plain packaging made it seem like my order was just another thing picked quickly off a shelf. Paying attention to the little things is so important in the high-end fashion world, so I would have liked a more thoughtful packaging job.

The delivery was so quick, which was awesome! The dress is absolutely stunning, it looks even better in person than in the pictures. But I did happen to notice a tiny flaw in the fabric, which I think might have been from a security tag or something. Even with that little issue, I still chose to keep the dress because it fit me like a glove and I was running out of time before the event.

But other than that, I think Farfetch has a cool variety of designers, styles, and prices to choose from. Lately, I've been shopping on there a lot more, especially for unique stuff like a silk scarf for my upcoming trip to Paris and some trendy denim. I like how easy it is to keep track of my orders and returns on the platform too. And I'm all about a good deal, so I'm a fan of the sales Farfetch has every now and then.
