App & PortalFarfetch really impressed me with their amazing customer service. The delivery was right on time, and I really like how easy the app is to use, especially the size guide feature. It's super user-friendly. I also appreciate getting notifications when items are back in stock. Being a platinum user, I've enjoyed the discounts and perks they offer. The packaging is good, but sometimes it could be tidier. There were a few times when the Farfetch box arrived a bit damaged, but luckily the product inside was fine. In my last purchase, the Dries Van Noten box was a bit dinged up, but nothing major. One suggestion I have for the app is to allow more than 100 items on the wishlist, since I keep hitting that limit. Overall, my experience with Farfetch has been great, and I really appreciate their focus on making customers happy.
