Online health test
What a complete nightmare! I thought I'd give this online health test a shot and it was a total disaster. The website was so confusing, there was no customer service to speak of, and they couldn't even send my results to the pharmacy right. It was like pulling teeth just to get anything sorted with them. Do yourself a favor and find another place for your health testing, trust me.
Four tests purchased last year
I bought four tests last year and I'm having a ton of trouble getting the results. I only got results for two of them so far. It's super annoying because I was really looking forward to getting them all. Now I'm just stuck waiting and wondering what's up. I've tried reaching out a few times for an update on the missing results, but it seems like I'm just getting the runaround.
Telehealth appointment issue
I tried sending my insurance card so I could talk to the doctor over the phone, but I just wanna pay cash and not use my insurance. They keep saying they'll sort it out, but it's been ages and nothing's changed.
DNA testing kit
I bought a DNA test kit not too long ago and had some problems trying to register it. The first time I sent it in, the company lost it, but they were nice enough to send me another one. However, when I tried to sign up on their website, I clicked a bunch of times and nothing happened. I thought I had registered by clicking, but later found out I hadn't. When I asked for a refund because of all the hassle, I was surprised to find out the company wanted to take $15 off my refund, which didn't seem fair considering what happened. Overall, my experience was pretty disappointing and frustrating.
