I got something really cool from here, but FedEx goofed up and sent it back. Sara was super helpful and sent me a new one, which was really nice of her!

I bought a DNA test kit not too long ago and had some problems trying to register it. The first time I sent it in, the company lost it, but they were nice enough to send me another one. However, when I tried to sign up on their website, I clicked a bunch of times and nothing happened. I thought I had registered by clicking, but later found out I hadn't. When I asked for a refund because of all the hassle, I was surprised to find out the company wanted to take $15 off my refund, which didn't seem fair considering what happened. Overall, my experience was pretty disappointing and frustrating.
