DeliveryI ordered something online and it took forever to arrive. I had to keep calling FedEx and Evenflo did absolutely nothing to help me out. When I finally got my package, it looked like it had been through a war. I was so disappointed and frustrated!

DeliveryI bought a baby gate for my little one at the beginning/middle of December. The shipping label was made on December 14th. I get that the holiday season can slow things down, so I tried to be patient waiting for my order. But after 10 days, I called the shipping company and found out they didn't even have the package yet. It was pretty frustrating dealing with the lack of communication and the delayed shipping.
