CommunicationI bought a car seat from this company recently and I gotta say, their customer service has been a huge letdown. I tried to change the shipping address before they sent it out, but they were unresponsive and inefficient. I even tried to cancel the order before shipping but they wouldn't let me. The lack of communication and delay in giving me tracking info was a real pain. When the car seat finally arrived, I had to go out of my way to get it from the wrong address. Now, trying to return it, I'm getting the same poor service and lack of response. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.
