TrackingMan, let me tell you, I was so let down by the online service at this store. I mean, I absolutely love their products, but the whole ordering experience was just a disaster. Like, I waited almost two weeks for my order to even budge from "in warehouse" status. So then I tried to reach out through their online chat for customer service, but man, I waited for over an hour FOUR times and got no response. It totally frustrated me, so I ended up calling their customer service line. And get this, I had to wait for another hour before finally getting connected to someone who seemed to have no clue what was going on. They promised me a refund, but then six hours later, I get an email saying my order was already on its way. Can you believe that? I spent so much dough and this is the lousy service I get? Just not right, man.
