I am so frustrated with the service I got. I bought $200 of skincare stuff online and now the company says they don't have a record of it. I even showed them screenshots of me talking to their customer service team, but they just ignore it. It's annoying dealing with a company that can't even do simple things right. I definitely recommend not using their services.

I've been a loyal customer for more than thirty years and recently started buying directly from the company. Sadly, my experience with the rewards program hasn't been great. This isn't the kind of service I expect from a brand I've been supporting for so long. To top it off, I've had bad encounters with an Estée Lauder team member at Liverpool airport and have been mistreated and disregarded by the customer service team in the past.
