Delayed Delivery for Christmas
Delayed Delivery for Christmas
DeliveryI just ordered something from the Estée Lauder website, hoping to get it before Christmas. But they didn't send out my order until 3 days later, so now it won't arrive on time. I'm really bummed out because I count on getting things when I need them. Next time, I'll make sure to check the reviews first.
Recent order issues
Recent order issues
DeliveryHey there, I just wanted to chat about a few issues I've come across with my recent orders from your company. Sometimes I've noticed things missing or the wrong stuff has been sent to me. I totally get that mistakes happen sometimes, but it would be awesome if we could nail it right the first time. When I reach out to customer service about the mix-ups, they do fix things up for me, but it can be a bit of a headache, you know? I've also seen some other companies selling the same Estée Lauder products, and they're a bit cheaper and faster with their deliveries. I might have to think about switching to them if these issues keep popping up. Thanks for listening!
Next day delivery
Next day delivery
DeliveryOrdered next day delivery, but the item wasn't sent out until the morning after, so it's running late. Spent a ton of time on online chat to get a refund for the delivery fee. The person I talked to said the item would arrive the next day, but it's been 2 days and still no sign of it. They really need to up their customer service game.
