CommunicationI was really disappointed with the customer service at this store. I contacted them about my skin reacting to skincare stuff I bought. They said they would look into it and let me know. But it's been weeks and I still haven't heard anything. It's annoying to not hear back and feel like they're ignoring my concerns. I know reactions can happen, but they should at least keep me in the loop. Not keeping me posted and following up is just not cool.

CommunicationI've been a loyal member of that cosmetic brand for a while now and I always looked forward to their birthday gift, usually some awesome skincare products! But this year they sent me a mascara, which I don't even wear. Ugh! And to top it off, the online chat customer service was awful - they closed the chat before I could even finish saying anything. Not cool at all!
