Serviceit did get fixed eventually, and I’m oddly relieved about that, but the whole ride felt like being stuck in line at the DMV — slow, confusing and full of polite emails that mean nothing. I cook almost every night for the family, so a reliable stove is not a luxury; it’s part of how we get dinner on the table. That’s why this dragged-out mess mattered.
