Frustrating experience with out-of-stock items
TrackingSo, I ordered some stuff online and was hoping to get it soon. But turns out, they didn't actually have it in stock, even though their website said they did. I tried reaching out for help, but all they gave me were excuses like "pre-sale" and "in transit". Now it's been two weeks, and the item is nowhere to be found on the site. I'm starting to think I won't even get my money back, especially after reading bad reviews from other folks. It's just frustrating, you know?
