Dressbarn - Reviews and experiences

My experience with this company was just awful. I ordered some pants and blouses online, but what I got was not at all like what was shown on the website. When I reached out to customer service, they were no help at all and brushed me off, almost like it was my fault for wanting the right stuff. It was a complete nightmare and I would definitely not recommend buying anything from them.

I had a really bad time with my dress order online. I used to like this store, but now I'm super let down. The dresses I got last month weren't at all like the pictures on the website. They were cheap and looked like knock-offs. When I tried to return them, I couldn't reach anyone in customer service. It was a total nightmare and I won't be shopping here anymore, for sure.

The clothes I bought at that store were so poorly made, not even worth the money. When I tried to return something in the time frame they gave, talking to customer service was a struggle. It took me ages to find their contact info online, but when I finally did, the person on the line was nice and helped me out with the return and getting my money back. But man, the stuff they sell is terrible quality - all made of that fake polyester stuff.
